Private pay rates are monthly flat rates and are dependent on room size, level of care, and extra benefits, such as private entrances and in-room cable connection. All payments include food, water, electricity, medication administration, laundry and room cleaning services, and many more.

Close to Home is certified by the Ohio Department of Aging and is now accepting individuals who are enrolling in the assisted living plan or Mycare Ohio for basic services. With this program, the local Area Agency on Aging will determine your monthly payment amount. This payment will include Room and Board, as well as other basic needs, including: food, water, electricity, medication administration, laundry and room cleaning services, and many more. Each resident will have $50 to spend on anything else they choose each month.
